- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimentos, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Add pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Chef's Comfy Tip
Shred your own cheese - pre-shredded has anti-caking agents that make the spread grainy instead of creamy.
