Ingredients
Shop- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Crackers for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Old Bay.
Gently fold in crab meat and green onions.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve hot with crackers or bread.
Chef's Comfy Tip
Use lump crab meat for the best texture - claw meat works too, but lump gives you those nice chunks.
