Soak tomato slices in buttermilk 15 minutes.
Mix cornmeal, flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil to 375°F.
Dredge tomato slices in cornmeal mixture.
Fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Drain.
Top each fried tomato with a small piece of lettuce, bacon crumbles, and a dollop of mayo.
Garnish with cherry tomato half.
Serve immediately.
