Cut each corn cob into 2-3 inch sections.
In a shallow dish, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat 2 inches of oil to 350°F in a deep skillet or pot.
Roll corn pieces in the flour mixture, coating all sides.
Fry corn 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Mix melted butter with honey and brush over hot corn. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Use fresh summer corn for the sweetest flavor - frozen won't work as well!
