Ingredients
Shop- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange pecan halves in bottom of pie crust.
Pour filling over pecans.
Bake 50-60 minutes until filling is set and slightly puffed.
Let cool completely before slicing (at least 2 hours).
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

The pie is done when the center is slightly jiggly but not liquid - it will continue to set as it cools.
