Ingredients
Shop- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add eggs, evaporated milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 45-50 minutes until center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Serve with whipped cream.
