Ingredients
Shop- 2 cups pulled pork
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen lima beans
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stew should be thick - if too thin, simmer uncovered to reduce.
Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and more BBQ sauce if desired.
Serve hot with cornbread.
